Bitta is a charming family run Hotel, on the Adriatic sea with
its own private beach area, located in the pretty town of Vasto,
in the Abruzzo region 3 hours from Rome, on the east coast of
Italy. La bitta is a nautical word that means " the bollard
".

My name is Francesco Martella, I am the owner of
the hotel.
I have been managing La Bitta or over 25 years together with
my wife Annamaria, sons Andrea,Francesca and Salvatore.
We always put our guests first, offering the best service,
and excellent food.

Maria prepares authentic Italian dishes, home made pastas : chitarra,
tagliatelle, lasagne, pasta alle vongole (clams), allo scoglio (sea
food), melanzane alla parmigiana (eggplant) and other "deliziose"
specialities.
We guarantee organic vegetables and fruits.
